No Returns or Exchanges

Cigars: All cigar sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to health and safety regulations, as well as the delicate nature of tobacco products.

Accessories: Sales of accessories such as lighters, cutters, humidors, and other related items are also final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on these items due to hygiene considerations and potential wear from use.

Quality Assurance

We take great care in selecting and inspecting our products to ensure they meet our high standards. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will review the situation on a case-by-case basis and work with you to resolve the issue.
